Sales Intern Job Responsibilities: Learn and be familiar with the rental process, provide real estate information and rental sales services to customers who rent and buy houses; match suitable housing sources according to customer needs, and promote and manage the company's self-owned, fully rented and developed student properties; establish and maintain good cooperative relationships with major real estate management companies; guide and assist overseas customers to complete remote bookings and online payments. Job requirements: American degree or above, any major, relevant experience in sales/consulting industry is preferred. Fluent in Chinese, English, listening, speaking, reading and writing, familiar with writing business emails in Chinese and English. Proficient in application of office software and social media.
