Candidates with a positive work attitude will be given priority! Receive customers in a warm and friendly manner, be responsible for cooking, serving meals and providing assistance. Prepare food in accordance with company standards and recipes. Assist in managing inventory, ordering and store tidying. Complete other in-store related tasks assigned by management. Have legal status to work in the United States. Comply with company rules and regulations, be able to follow supervisor instructions and complete tasks. Able to actively accept constructive feedback and be a team player. Be able to arrive on time and perform job duties within the scheduled time. Able to rotate in different positions and need to stand for a long time. Need to be able to move at least 50 pounds. Candidates with Toast POS system experience will be given priority. Ability to work efficiently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Can be assigned to various branches of Xi'an Famous Food (depending on store needs). Starting salary is $21/hour, with performance-based promotion and salary increase opportunities after the training period. Tax filing W2.
