Developing E-commerce Strategies: o Formulate strategies that harness sales-related insights, prevailing standards, and novel developments to encourage sales in the online store. o Create frameworks that transform social media sites into highly profitable platforms. 2. Managing Online Sales Channels: o Oversee and optimize online sales channels, including websites, social media, and online marketplaces. o Monitor and analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. 3. Budget Management: o Create and manage e-commerce budgets, including advertising and promotion spend. 4. Website Management: o Ensure the website’s functionality, design, and user experience align with company goals. o Review the security of checkout pages and payment procedures. o Regularly analyze traffic to inform website maintenance and marketing strategies. 5. Collaboration and Communication: o Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product development) to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels. o Liaise with vendors to ensure timely product delivery. 6.
