1. Requirements: Legal status, receiving OPT, fluent in spoken English, preferably partial Chinese. Familiar with the Internet and basic office software such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Job responsibilities: Receive phone calls, emails, internal customer service of major e-commerce platforms, etc. And complete the work assigned by other supervisors. 3.
