Job Location: Wagaya Groceries – Atlanta-area Japanese grocery store Wagaya Groceries is a cozy Japanese grocery store chain run by a Japanese-Taiwanese couple. As we continue to expand in the Atlanta area, we are looking for reliable, committed and motivated full-time team members to join us. Midtown Atlanta Store: 349 14th St NW, Atlanta, GA 30309 Sandy Springs Store: 5975 Roswell Rd, Sandy Springs, GA 30328 Hours: Full-time (40–50 hours per week) Salary: $15–$18 per hour (based on experience and performance) Shift Characteristics: Mainly independent (requires independent shifts most of the time) At least 1 year of experience in Asian grocery stores Qualified Daily English communication skills Ability to complete work independently without on-site supervision Inventory management skills are preferred Ability to calculate product costs and pricing is preferred Operate cash registers and check out customers Complete store opening and closing independently If you love Japanese culture and want to work in a quiet, independent environment, this would be an ideal opportunity.
